Caesar Dressing (makes 8 servings)

Ingredients:


I package Mori-Nu Tofu (firm), pureed
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons soy Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon unrefined cane sugar
2 teaspoons rinsed and drained capers
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper  
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, vegetarian style
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
1 small clove garlic; pressed



Directions:


Mix all ingredients well in a blender.
