Make-Your-Own Greek Yogurt (makes 4 servings)

 Ingredients:


32 oz plain non-fat or low-fat yogurt



Directions:


Place a strainer over a medium-sized bowl and line with three or four coffee filters (overlapping them), cheesecloth or paper towels. Spoon yogurt onto the filter in the strainer and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight for a thicker consistency. Once yogurt is at a desired consistency, transfer it to a container and refrigerate.

Note: This Greek yogurt is delicious drizzled with honey and topped with pistachios or walnuts.
